Terms and Conditions

For gift vouchers and lesson bookings.

These terms apply to gift vouchers bought and lessons booked through this website with John Chivers Golf Coaching. Please read them before you buy or book.

Gift vouchers

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise, and expire on the date shown.
  • Each voucher has a unique code, which must be quoted when booking. Vouchers can be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Vouchers can be used for lessons or coaching packages, subject to availability. Where a voucher is worth less than the chosen lesson, the difference is payable.
  • Please keep your voucher code safe. We cannot be responsible for codes that are lost, deleted or shared with others.

Bookings

  • Lessons are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
  • If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give as much notice as you can, and at least 24 hours before your lesson, so the slot can be offered to someone else.
  • Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full or treated as a used voucher.
  • If we ever need to cancel or move a lesson, we will offer you another time or a full refund of anything you have paid.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown on the website and may change from time to time. The price confirmed when you buy or book is the one that applies.
  • Online payments are processed securely by PayPal. By paying you also agree to PayPal's terms.

Refunds

Gift vouchers cannot be refunded once issued, except where the law requires it. Anything paid towards a lesson that we cancel will be refunded in full.

Liability

Golf coaching involves physical activity. Please tell us about any injury or medical condition that may affect your lesson. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
